hematoma causing problem after years

Hi,
I had a hematoma in the right shin area from an injury during a karate tournament
30 some odd years ago.
Now, x-rays show a kind of bend in the leg (not sure what they termed it as medically),
and I have tremendous pain sometimes in that shin and actually, from the top of the foot
to the knee, especially on bending but also just standing.
Any suggestions as to what is going on here, and how to proceed, who to see?
Thank you.

Thank you for the reply, it's appreciated very much.
The other leg is ok, they speculated it may just be a
genetic abnormality if that makes sense to you.
They have seen, nor have there been any stress fractures
or injuries to the leg other than the hematoma.
I have absolutely no arthritis, in fact, they said my joints
and bones were amazing for my age, and it sure doesn't
feel like shin splints, and I've done nothing for quite awhile
that would cause shin splints.
Thanks again.

I am doubtful that a thirty year old, fairly benign injury, which has never caused symptoms, is suddenly the cause of problems,  What you are describing sounds like tibia vara, or a bowed tibia, probably unrelated to the old hematoma.
I wonder if a comparison xray was taken to see if the deformity is present in the "normal" leg.  Other possible causes of pain are a stress fracture, shin splints, or an arthritic knee.

oh, I should add it was operated on then to fix the hematoma.
