Arthroscopic surgery - can someone ease my mind????

I am scheduled for surgery on my knee on 4/27.  I have torn both my medial meniscus and my lateral meniscus.  I also suffer from severe anxiety (I'm not a hypochondriac, but give me something to worry about and I will).  My surgeon tells me its "not a big deal" and will not be a bad surgery - I am super worried and nervous.  Is there anyone who has gone thru the surgery that can give me some advice?
