Back pain problems

I've been experiencing back pain in the last 2 years. I am a furniture mover and I do a lot of heavy lifting, twisting, pulling, walking up and down the stairs  etc....
It all started in november 2008, when I was loading a truck and try to stand up an 8-9 ft tall heavy cabinet. That's when my left shoulder start hurting. It was work related and next day I went to the dr. I was diagnosed with muscle strain-left shoulder. I was on light duty for a few weeks and was taking some anti inflammatory pills (can't remember what pills) My left shoulder start filling better and after 6 weeks dr put me back on regular duty. Not long time after I was back I moved an italian marble statue (super heavy, I was pulling it up on the stairs using a hand truck and my co-worker was helping me pushing it from the bottom)
That's when I experienced pain in the right shoulder. (can't remember the exactly date but it was spring 2009)The pain was in the front and it was a pinching kinda feeling, same as first injury but more intense. I did the same thing next day went to see the dr.
At that time I still had a light pain on the left from the first injury.
The right shoulder did'n want to heal that fast and after pills and a few weeks the dr send me to do physical therapy. That helped a little .  I stop having the pain on the left, but the right side was hurting still. The dr decided that would be good for me to return on my regular activity, although I was still in pain.
I went back and start working again, doing long drives with the truck hard deliveries heavy lifting etc. I start to notice that the right side shoulder pain start to move back to my shoulder blade area. I didn't go back to see the dr and I was working, doing the same kinda work every day .
That was aug-september 2009. By the end of the year the pain from the shoulder blade moved closer to the spine.
I didn't want to go back to the same dr because he's just a regular dr (urgent care) not a chiropractor or someone who can deal with back pain.
So my next decision was to go to a chiropractor. In december 2009 I went to see a chiropractor (first time) They did ultrasound, and adjustments and they also showed me a "six month corrective care plan" that will cost me $2,065.
Since they didn't work with my insurance co. I had to say no, and I start looking for a chiropractor that can take Keiser (that's my insurance company)
In january 2010 found this chiropractor that was working with keiser and I started going there. He did ultrasound, and adjustment (back and neck)
My back was popping all the time and i start having neck pain also.
So I quit going to that chiropractor after 2 months. I found out about a different  chiro. was reading good reviews about her, this was summer 2010.
I was going 2 times a week doing adjustments and 2 times massage ( she recommended massage) That's when I notice a swallowing  bump on my right side of my back along my spine, it was also painful. Massage helped relaxing it and every time after the massage I was looking in the mirror and from the side it was visible that it's less inflammation. But that was only a temporary relief. I also had 2 weeks off work thinking that will help, but it didn't.
In september 2010 found out about decompression and try that for 2 months, with no success.
I just stopped seeing doctors and chiropractors until I had another injury in february 2011 same kinda circumstances, lifting heavy dresser.
I had a sharp stabbing pain in the mid back (shoulder blade, same area I was having the swallowing going on) I could't stay up straight for like an hour , it was hurting me just to breath air, it was the most painful feeling I ever experienced in my back.
I was in the warehouse at that time and my boss sent me to the dr, so I had to go and see the same dr I've been seeing with my two shoulder injuries.
Diagnosis : Sprain of unspecified site of shoulder and upper arm
                 Thoracic strain
First I had ibuprofen, diazepam, meloxicam, etodolac, cyclobenzaprin, he was giving me all these with no results (3 weeks)
Next physical therapy- nothing
He also sent me to a chiropractor and a massage therapist. No changes.
Acupuncture didn't helped either.
So I asked him if I can do an MRI.
He told me that nothing's gonna show up on the MRI cause it's only a soft tissue and you can't see that on the film.
He finally set an appointment and this week a did my MRI.
Also have the results:
Impression:

1.there is a minimal wedge compression deformity of the T7 vertebra without evidence for retropulsion or abnormal marrow signal.
2.there is a tiny left  paracentral and lateral disc osteophyte complex or protrusion T8-9 without cord impingement
3. there is a tiny syrinx present within the mid thoracic cord extending fromT6-7 trough T8-9. no evidence for cord swelling is noted
4. i do not see definite evidence for edema involving the posterior paraspinous musculature
5. given the tiny thoracic syrinx, MRI of the thoracic spine with contrast is suggested to further evaluate this area.

And that was the MRI.
My questions:
What should I do?
Is it something sever?
Is this work related? (dr said it's not but i did researches and I found out it could be, especially that i had those shoulder injuries )
Does any of this have to do with the pain that I have ?
Surgery or what is the best way to fix this?

I am 28 and lost 25 lbs since i have to deal with the pain and I am getting really depressed
Please help me with any kinda info.

Thank you.

Hello, I am a TCM acupuncture for chronic majors, shoulder pain has some recognition. I think from your symptoms perspective, should be long-term labor that caused the strain of muscle and joint pain, for the treatment of the acupuncture and diseases of the has its own advantages, I think you can try acupuncture, massage and Chinese medicine's fumigation therapy, besides, during treatment you need to reduce activities, avoid cold. I think I should be helpful to you
