Bones feel like they have fractures

I have several area's were it feels like my bones are fractured.  My left wrist just below pinky finger, left arm in the middle between wrist and elbow and sometimes my fingers.  I have had a fractured foot before.  The pain that I felt when my foot was fractured is the same feeling I have in some various places at times.  I have always had weak wrist, but now it is painful to pick anything up.

I guess, I was just wondering if this is normal when you get past 45 or do I have a real concert?
