Calf pain after knee surgery

I had knee surgery on the 23rd. Removing some of my meniscus. I have been walking ok as long as I have my ACL brace on. But when I walk i walk only on my toes. I believe this may be the cause of my pain.
I had my follow up on the 28th the doctor felt around and all seemed fine.
There is no pain on touching just when I walk.. pain lessons if I walk more on my full foot. Pain worsen in the am.
Yes I understand that why not just walk on your hole foot. But I can't yet, I'm just not ready and my knee is at a slight bend. I can not fully straighten nor can I fully bend it yet.

So should I be worried?
