Did I make clavicle fracture worse???

I broke my collarbone. I'd never had a broken bone, except my pinkie toe. I can't afford to miss work, I thought I just bruised it. I'm a waitress. I worked about a week and a half on it. Finally, I couldn't take it, I knew something was wrong. Yup. Broken. They said it would heal on its own. It's been over three weeks. Now it hurts worse than it was a week ago!!! How do I know if its really hurt or is this normal? At night, it feels like cement in my shoulder, like the muscle is knotted up and it is killing me. These doctors act like people are drug seekers, even when there's a broken bone. I don't want to call and complain if this is normal. What actually is normal.

I have been to a doctor. He's an internist. I've been once, after going to a urgent  care type center. He looked at the report from the urgent care, gave me some norco, which isn't touching the pain, and is seeing me in a month. I just don't know what's normal for week three, almost four, during this. I don't know, as I've never broken anything like this, and I don't want to complain, if this is normal. But, last week, it sure felt better than this week. I'm scared, as I am a waitress and need my left arm to support myself. I worked over a week with it broken, and really can't afford to be out of work for months. We are about to be evicted, and I don't know what to do, if its injured more than it was, how do I know? Is what I'm feeling, pain wise, normal?

Hi Sydney,
Sorry to hear about your collar bone. To avoid complications and further risks, it is best that you consult an orthopedic doctor. Here’s a quick link to help you with that: https://www.placidway.com/package/1349/Unilateral-Bilateral-Knee-Replacement-Surgery-in-Bangalore-India

Good luck! I hope you’ll feel better soon.
