Did I mess up my Total Knee Replacement after my fall?

I'm 55 y/o female fair health had TKR 1/2017 revision 5/2017 had 8 months of PT because of guarded hamstring. On 9/2/18 I fell on both knees my TKR knee has hurt ever since plus I have a dent below R knee just left of center. My PCP wasn't worried about it but did order xrsys on my left knee because it hurts and the kneecap is dented and kinda off center get xray results tomorrow. But my question is could I have messed up my R tkr knee with this fall? Its close clicking alot sometimes painful sometimes not. My Orthopedic surgeon is no longer in my network do cant ask him. Any help would be appreciated.
