Fingers Hurt a lot, somebody help

So about three days ago, I started to experience a lot of pain in my  hands (mainly left hand) specifically my middle and index finger. I don't really see any swelling and don't feel pins or needles/tingling but my pain is on my wrist, base of thumb, and knuckles. I have always experience morning stiffness but that's how it feels sort of but way more painful. My hand usually doesn't hurt at a specific time , but once I start thinking about it and start clenching my hand, it starts hurting a lot. I really don't know what it is, can somebody help me determine what it could be? Carpal Tunnel? Peripheral Neuropathy? Early signs of Arthritis? Tendinitis? Lack of exercising? My anxiety (which I've had for a few years now)? I don't want to go to the doctors if all I have to do is rest my hand. I'm an 18 year old male, 152 pounds and 5'10.
