I have pain in my right foot which (the ankle may be the source) Actually I'm not sure.
I have sharp pain in the right foot on the outside of the foot. The pain sometimes is similiar to an electrical shock. I have tingling, burning at times. My foot feels tried most of the time. The pain radiates to the toes and sometimes up the lower leg. Sometimes it is sharp pains that are almost unbearable and would be if they lasted for any length of time. I have had no injuries.
I have seen my family doctor, an neurologist, an orthopaedic doctor and a chiriopractor over a 6 month period. I have had 4 MRI's of almost my entire body including the brain. Nerve conduction study was done. The only thing that seems to give me some releif is pain medication Oxocodone. As yet no diagnosis has been determined.
I continue to have pain almost 24/7. Can you help figure out the diagnosis? Any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help!
