Knee pain after tripping coming in house
So roughly 2-3 months ago, I tripped coming into my house. Ever since then I've has some serious knee pain on the top of and to the left of my kneecap. Theres also now a slight red spot on the inside left of my knee. I now drive a school bus and if I sit for too long, the pain is almost unbearable. Just wondering what it could possibly be? Thanks!
