a fracture?

hello

my hand was hit from the ball in a basketball game a month ago. i didn't think it's too serious, but it didn't heal.
so today i made an x-ray. is that a fracture? what can be done now after a month? what would be the best treatment?

Well, without knowing the relevant clinical details/ detailed clinical evaluation or having a look at the radiograph, it would be difficult to comment specifically on the situation. In case if there is actually a fracture, it could have healed in a mal-aligned position or not healed at all. Though an attempt to realign and repair a fracture can be made, the use of supportive techniques such as bone graft may be required. I would suggest discussing the situation and the suggested management plan in detail with your treating orthopedician.
