MRI RESULT - Left Knee

Please explain the following information, so I can understand what are the MRI findings on my left knee.

1. Mild diffuse thinning of articular cartilage in the medial tibio-femoral articulation.
2. Small fissure in the femoral articular cartilage at the patella-femoral joint.
3. Patella mildly laterally subluxed.
4. Large amount of joint effusion.

Well, you can try anti-inflammatory medication like Advil or Aleve but it will take quite a while for a joint effusion to go away on its own.  A dr can drain the fluid out of the joint by inserting a needle into the knee joint and drawing it out.  Personally, I would only let an orthopedic surgeon do it.  You should probably, at the very least, have it scoped but it would depend on the your xrays and how much actually joint space is left due to arthritis.

Thank you for the feedback. Do you have any treatment suggestions for my left knee? How can I withdraw the fluid from my joints?

You have arthritis, your kneecap is not tracking right- it is 'drifting' towards the outside of your leg- and you have fluid in your joint.
