MRI Result Interpretation

Hi, I had an MRI done to my left knee, it's been pretty painful for the past two months and it clicks whenever I bend it. I got the results and will have to wait awhile to see a doctor so I was wondering what the results meant and how it's normally treated or what I can do in the meantime to help the pain.

Results:
Patellofemoral compartment: There may be minimal
patellar chondral surface irregularity.
Medial compartment: Mild chondral thinning and surface
irregularity of the weightbearing portion of the medial
femoral condyle.
