Neck and Shoulder Pain HELP

Hello!  I am hoping to get some guidance to the right place for a recent injury. On 2/18 I fell at work very hard on my left arm, and woke up the next day with my shoulder up by my ear and severe pain. I had an MRI, and they found "Mild disk bulge at C5-C6 with mild neural foramina narrowing on the left" and a mild disk bulge at C6-C7 without the neural  foramina narrowing. I have done EVERYTHING, months of chiro, physical therapy, a cervical epidural, and medications and now weekly osteopathic manipulations.  I have gotten much better but my shoulder is still raised and I have EXTREME pain after a day of work on the computer. Something about the position of holding my arms out for prolonged periods of time KILLS my shoulder and my neck.   I dont know what to do but I feel like I have maybe not seen the right kind of doctor? I understand my MRI says mild, but I am living now on month 9 of such pain and discomfort and have to believe i just havent found the right answers. ANY suggestions would be so appreciated.  An Orthopedic surgeon?  A spine doctor?  I just dont know.

Chiropractor's will not help you with disc protrusions. They have the greater propensity to making them worse or aggrevating them. So yes...chriropractors should be off the menu. A neurosurgeon is your best option. I have a similar issue but ultimately, they will leave the decision making up to you and as in my case, I left the neurosurgeon's office with no definitive answer to my pain and no future solution to elimination as they did not "gaurantee" the surgical outcome.
