Pain in shins/leg!

Hi all ;o)

I used to do alot of running until the last 2 months when i injured myself. I did not injur myself through running but by skipping/jump rope. I was skipping for about 1hour and the next day i woke up and could literally not walk as was getting pains in my leg just to the side of my shin and also in my foot. They have still not improved and was wondering on any tips, etc?

If you feel that you need to exercise, try swimming instead of running for now.  Swimming is easier on injuries. Im glad you scheduled a doctors appointment.  Please keep me updated.

Have you been to a doctor to have an Xray, CT or MRI done?  It is possible that you have a stress fracture  It is also possible that you have a muscle tear.  You should really see a physician to have this checked out.
