My right wrist hurts when I twist it inward, palm up.

I have not hit or landed on it that I can remember.  I can bend in any other direction with no discomfort.  It feels a bit tight when I stretch my fingers back towards my forearm.  The pain radiates right above the bony protrusion on the outside of my wrist, but when I massage or press in that area it doesn't hurt.  Only when I turn my wrist inward.
