Hi there!

A patchy bone marrow edema is indicative of a reactive inflammation, which could occur secondary to injury as well. With the MRI findings it is likely to be a full thickness or near full thickness tear, though this can only be confirmed by direct visualization. I would suggest consulting your orthopedician for appropriate management.
Hope this helps.

Take care!

It says "A full-thickness rupture is suspected". Therefore they're not sure if there is a full tear or not. I can walk fine but after couple of mins of walking i feel pain. Do you think it's fully torn?
