Foot Problem - (With Photo)

Hello. I decided to ask for your opinion. I did X-Ray and resonance and my doctors didn't recognize anything bad. I have pain of foot since 9 months so i decided to analyze my resonance results. I suppose that something is bad with area that I ticked as this photo. Can you tell me if everything is ok on this photo?
