Do i have a lot of growth left?

I just turned 16, i'm a male and I have gotten x-rays of my knee's and ankles and the doctor said that i've a bone age of 14 years. How many more inches should i grow? My current height is about 5'9. My dad is 5'10, mom is 5'9, grandmother 5'7,5'3 grandfather 5'10, 6'3, uncle 6'0, aunt 5'9.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi!
Well, you have good height as per your family trend. Height a person achieves depends on genetic, environmental, physical, nutritional and disease related variations. So, assuming you are a healthy 16 year old male, your predicted height would be close to that achieved by most members of your family. However, there will be personal variations as I explained. So, while no one can predict how tall you will grow, you have quite some years where you can gain height. Of course, there will be no major growth spurts (you probably had one between 13-16 years), you will continue to grow some for another 5-6 years. Stand straight, be confident, eat healthy, play sports (as an exercise), and you should do good! Take care!

The medical advice given should not be considered a substitute for medical care provided by a doctor who can examine you. The advice may not be completely correct for you as the doctor cannot examine you and does not know your complete medical history. Hence this reply to your post should only be considered as a guiding line and you must consult your doctor at the earliest for your medical problem.

You'll have the best answer to that when you are 25.
(that's when you, for the most part, stop growing)
