Possible Ankle Injury

Hello,
I started a new job as a housekeeper in a hotel about three weeks ago. Ever since the first week I have been have ankle pain. The pain is in my ankle and the tendon that runs on the outside of the ankle. It is only one of my ankles, the right one. The pain is especially bad in the mornings, and I find myself limping in the morning because of it.

Does anybody know what could be wrong? Could it be Tendonitis? Or something else?

Thanks!
