Pubic bone pain for over 1 year

I have had severe pubic pain for over 1 year. I have had PT, Chiro, accupunture, injections, many antiimflamitory drugs,
water therapy. Nothing has helped, my pubic bone is so painful I can't even touch it. I have been to many doctors. I need some help as this constant pain is ruining my life. Also, it hurts very badly when I sit.

I have had severe pubic pain for seven years it started when I was thirteen running track.I have been recently been diagnosed with osteitis pubis and have been told there is no treatment. ive had four x rays and ultrasounds over several years. Just last month the immflamation showed through the xray. you could maybe try a orthopedic surgeon. i don't have any trouble sitting but with walking and every movement.
