Rotator cuff

I was wondering what my mri results meant because my primary care physician recommended me to an orthopedic surgeon. Findings:Rotator cuff: Focal bursal surface tear at the footprint of the supraspinatus measuring 0.9 can in AP dimension and involving less than 50% of the tendon thickness. There is mild underlying tendinopathy of the supraspinatus.

Labrum: question of increased T2 signal along the posterior inferior labrum seen on single view only which may represent underlying tear.

Acromioclavicular joint: The AC joint is in normal configuration. Os acromiale is noted with minimal associated osseous edema.
