Sacral epidural cysts in lumbar spine

Hi I just had a recent Mri done due to lower back pain. I already have cervical spinal stenosis with bone spurs. The pain was new in my back so Doctor ordered a lower MRI. The findings said I have sacral epidural cysts noted at S2. I was wanting to know is this real serious and what is the dangers. Then it said I have bilateral posterior facet hypertrophy noted which could potentially impinge the conus. I am wandering what does this mean. I need answers. Please if possible send your thoughts on these questions. Thank you so much.
