Shoulder Subluxation

I tore my labrum back in high school when I was about 18, was doing db press with bad form and my shoulder popped out of place. It would pop out again randomly though the years and my shoulder was getting worse and worse I would rotate my arms in circle and constantly start putting my arm in the front of my shoulder feeling a loud popping sound. After 5 years I ended up going to multiple physicians and ended up getting surgery. Surgery was a success  shoulder was good as new with no more dislocations. Fast forward 5 years I wake up this morning and stretch my arms I feel my shoulder partially dislocate for a quick second and I pop it in right quick. My heart starts pounding and all im thinking is “no not again.” Let’s hope this isn’t the worse but what could have happened? How could I have torn my shoulder in such a stupid manner by just stretching? Is it due to my weight lifting sessions? I train 5-6 times a week. I don’t know but I just hope it doesn’t pop again. I really don’t want to go under the knife what could have been the reason?

You know, I have suffered some of my worst injuries in strange and innocuous ways. How are you now? Would you update us?
