Based on MRI Rt shoulder 16 yr old softball player what is best treatment?
16 yr old softball player pain when throwing but got worse over 4 mos PT made it worse. Shoulder feels out of place and weak. MRI no contrast shows no tears minimal tendinosis of distal infraspinatus tendon and focal bone marrow edema in posterior superior numeral head. Finding suggest impingement.
