Weird Toe Issue

So I just got back from walking around for about 3 or 4 hours.  When I came back I took my shoes and socks off and the skin on my little toe on my right foot was white and raised like a blister.  So I touched it to feel it and then it like separated and I peeled it off and it didn't bleed or anything it just felt like a blister.  Probably not the best idea - but what could this possibly be.  I was weird pretty ****** thin socks but I felt no pain walking around, but this has never happened before.  Any ideas if this is something to worry about?
