back problem
I have Cervical problem and also problem in lumber portion. recently i was complaining of middle back pain and it sever, when i did MRI there are some degenerative changes in dorsal spine. i took allopethic and ayurvedic treatment both but no relaxation in pain. my age is 33. i am really upset because of this back pain. please suggest.
That's terrible! You are too young to have this kind of back pain. So, you tried some different things and nothing has helped? Physical therapy? Stretching? Massage? Are they suggesting surgery?
