I cannot tell you what to do, but most of the time scoliosis is something that can appear at birth or develop over time. Im not sure that your body building caused this, but it can contribute to the pain. I used to see a chiropractor for my scoliosis. It seemed to help and after only a few month, my back was on track to becoming straight again. However, chiropractor treatments can be expensive over time. You might want to speak to your doctor and see what he/she recommends, or you could speak to a chiropractor. Only your doctor can tell you when it will be safe to resume training because they need to check you out physically. I would not accept advice from anyone else who wants to give you a time period of when you can resume training if they have not physically examined you. Hope this helped and good luck.
By birth. The sacralization of L5 vertebra is a common congenital anomaly.
You might want to see a Doctor occasionally to monitor your mild scoliosis.
