Thank you very much I appreciate it. The thing is that I don't have a lot of time so that is why I asked. Thanks again
Yes.
Go to a health food store and obtain vitamin D3 supplements. Not "D". You can take up to 5,000 IU.
At that same store purchase some comfrey tea, traditionally known as "bone tea". This promotes knitting of fractures.
Crystaline Vitamin C at 1000 mg a day with food will help.
In the United States the FDA has approved devices that emit small electrical pulses which promote bone knitting. These require your physician's prescription.
The important thing is to retain mobility and dexterity. After several weeks of healing the hands must be exercised through a full range of motion. This is called goniometry. Ask your physician to recommend a rehabilitation facility that can recommend exercises.
Ask your doctor if it would be ok to take Vitamin D or Calcium supplements. This is the only thing that I can think of off of the top of my head that could help with bone healing. Vitamin E may be able to help with tissue healing, but always ask your doctor first. Alot of times, the best healer is time, which is almost always the best thing when it comes to bones. I hope this helps. Sending you positive thoughts and prayers for a speedy and full recovery.
