Well that just makes everything nice doesn't it. But the one that did the first surgery should be more reliable since you have already been his patient and he knows your history. I really hope things go well for you. It sounds like you are going to have a fight on your hands one way or another and I am sure it really helps to be in pain. Best wishes, Sissie

i had the surgery in 2009. everything went great. now after the rear end accident i had jan 2013, i'm having pain in the neck, shoulder, and scapular.went to a neuro and he said it looks like the bone did not fuse. i had a c5-6, and c6-7 fusion.so the spine dr. i made an app. with will not touch me cause a lawyer may be involved. so back to the doc who did the surgery in 2009( 75 miles away)

Three months is not very long for the fusion to be complete. It may even be possible that your fusion did not correctly grow. Unless the dr said there was growth at the 3 month mark. Something is not adding up right in any case.  You should get your medical records go through them yourself and get second opinion based on your old and new records to find out what is going on. x-ray shows bone did not fuse. now wouldn't the doctor see that later, like 3 months? so i say the accident did this.

You can re injure the fusion area and the area around it. If I were you and having problems ask for a mir to get it checked. Best wishes, Sissie
