Is this bad?
My whole life ever seen i was itty bitty lil me ive always had this problem with my knees i think its my knees like every one in a while like a least twice a mouth my leg just jolts for no reason and i dont know why pr what to do about it it doesnt just happen in one it happens in both and sometimes i fall or almost fall and i dont know what to do
