Numbness on right foot last toe

I recently encountered numbness on my right foot's last toe, it stretch all the way back to the end of the foot.
I would like to know if anyone can advise me what had happened? What kind of medical problem is this?
Just for your information, I'm 25 this year, healthy, got a slight injury on my back before.
please help me.

hi buddy,
i don't think that you should watch for the things you eat. Eating has got no relation with this pain pattern. So eat whatever you want, just don't put on weight , which can cause you other problems. Hope you understood,

hi buddy, most probably we can co-relate it with the back injury.Maybe there is small nerve pinching in your back, and since it's related to your foot also, you are getting numbness there. You can start with small back physiotherapy and look, how is this pain reacting. If there is some improvement, we cha continue this physio. However, if it persists, do let me know.
