Hello!
Rest and avoid weight bearing.
If possible follow up with an orthopedician for a proper examination and also wear a knee cast for couple of weeks or wear a knee brace.
You can apply ice packs regularly and also take intermittent NSAIDs for pain relief.
Consider surgery if the conservative treatment fails.

whether the drained knee bursa sac obsorbs in the body on its own. Any medicinal treatment is required. Please advise me.
Hello!
A Baker’s cyst or a popliteal cyst is a swelling caused by collection of synovial fluid which has escaped from the knee joint, protruding in the area which is back of the knee. Check if you have a baker's cyst?
The treatment for Baker’s cyst includes rest, keeping your leg propped up for several days, massage treatments by a physiotherapist, compression wraps/elastic bandage, NSAIDs and cortisone injections. It may even recede on its own. If not consider surgical treatment.
