hip labral tear repair

I have been diagosed with a hip labral tear and need to have surgery.  How can I find the most experienced surgeon as close to my home (Pittsburgh) as possible.  I have tried to do some online research without gaining any good information.

You should go to the nearest medical school/orthopaedic facility and go for an examination near an Orthopaedician and discuss the options for surgery. Take also a second opinion and in your case it is good to go through the doctor who diagnosed your case of hip ligament tear. Take care!

Here is a name of a Dr. that performed a Hip Labral Tear repair for me a few years ago.
