Hello!

I would suggest you to check if your bony alignment is perfect and the fracture has healed completely.

With associated ligament injuries which might have not healed completely the pain will be present.

At your age proper diet, exercise would be important to heal your injury perfectly.

Osteochondritis dissecans is a complication or loss of blood supply to a part of a bone. This is called avascular necrosis which deprives the bone of blood, without which the bone dies and begins to get reabsorbed. As the internal bone begins to lose the outer articular or joint cartilage begins separated from the bone and this is prone to damage.

Take care!
