Good morning and thank you for your reply. I went thur and had a sigmodid (spelling) and my gastro dr said that it could see any reason for my pain and pressure. He seems to think that it is a nerver in my back that is causing this pain and pressure. well i had an mri about 3 months ago and the spine dr told me I only had a buldging disk and some degenerating disk and that they shouldnt hurt this bad. So could it be a nerve in my back that didnt show up on the mri? would a nerve cause this bad pain and lots of pressure? If I stay laying down it doesnt hurt but when I do dishes or walk my dog up the hill or vacum of pick up dirty laundry basket it hurts so bad that i can hardly walk. Thank you for your time.Robin

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. With structural issues ruled out, possibilities that may need to be considered include postural issues, neuro-muscular causes such as muscle sprain, inflammations, micronutrient deficiencies, referred pain from other regions etc. I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought. Meanwhile you could take some tylenol/ OTC NSAIDS and see of these seem to help.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
