I think I might've injured my right scapula doing barbell rows at the gym. Initially, I thought it was a anterior deltoid injury because the pain was too sharp, but then it became clear I'd hurt my right scapula. There's also some pain when I press a bone on my chest close to the colllarbone. I don't have that much pain anymore but I'm unable to lift weights without some pain. I might go see a doctor soon but since I can't go to the private sector, if I have a more serious injury, I'm screwed.
