Thank you!

He had another attack of severe pain last night...its becoming more frequent now and I am worried.....the painkilling injection they gave him was Inj. INAC

Hi Ranga,
Cremaffin Syp contains Magenesium Hydroxide and Liquid Paraffin.
Magnesium hydroxide helps as an antacid, helps in nearly complete emptying of bowel and smaller doses might have milder laxative action.
Happy Republic Day.
Bye.

Hi,
When I say the pain is due to inflammatory response due to medication, it does not indicate that infection is increasing.
The inflammatory products due to reaction between antibiotics and the organisms initially cause pain, which will subsequently subside.
Keep me informed if you have any queries.
Bye.

Hi Dr. Kalpesh

Inj INAC - its was a painkiller.

Thanks for your advice. When you say that the pain is due to infammatory response due to medication. Could it be possible that the infection is increasing? PLease let me know.

Thanks and regards
