rib fracture & lower ribcage lump..

last month im in vehicular accident that cause me having a two fractured ribs the 7th & 8th ribs plus dislocate patella..
after the accident i cant walk properly and stand.. i consult a doctor & she gave medicine for pain relief & CELEBREX.. now i can walk but still my knee aches and my back too.. if i have long walk im easily to get tired and every breath hurts.
and i found out that theres a lump on the bottom of my rib cage.. it hurts when touch and i cant move properly because of this lumps.. if i try to move i experience stabbing pain.. and my injured left part of my rib cage is bigger than the right.
what can you suggest about my situation? what should i do??? i see lots of doctors and same.. they gave me pain relief medicine..

You need referring to the fracture clinic or musculoskeletal doctor you should ask for a chest X-ray. I hope you already have goodluck!
