sever pain in bisep MRI's have showed nothing anyone know wat this could be?

It's hard to lift things pain never goes away feel's like something may be torn but I'm not shore MRI show's nothing and I know it has to be something it's been like this for years and is clearly not normal

hi this is an STD group but if you have weakness and numbness in your pinkey finger it could be a torn nerve not a ligiment.
