titanium implant toxicity

Which studies prove (with certainty) that titanium alloy body implants are nontoxic? I'm seeking summaries and full text.

No, I have never had such injuries, and I think that in your place, you need to have an operation and listen to the instructions of the doctor you went to last time

If he insists on it, then, unfortunately, it needs to be done. For example, I suffered from joint pain for a very long time, and I thought I would have to have surgery. Still, I was lucky that I stumbled upon a good orthopedic clinic. There I was already prescribed effective treatment without the intervention of a surgeon. I feel much better now, and I have forgotten those terrible pains in my knees and lower back.
