trapped nerve in spine?

Hi there.. I think I may have a trapped nerve in my spine or under my arm. It happened about 8 or 9 months ago where I turned my head and felt a pinch in my spine. It was really sore for 2 or 3 days and gradually lessened. The pain trickles down my armpit and in the inner part of my arm to my elbow where it stops.

I didn't notice the pain for the last 3 or 4 months, but since starting back up judo training, the pain has come back. It's not really painful, but irritating to say the least.

I was thinking about seeing a physical therapist, as I had really good results with one after injuring the liegaments in my ankle.

To sum it up, the pain feels like starts under my armpit, goes down to my elbow, and theres a hint of the trickle in my pinky finger. Any thoughts?

John.

It sounds like a pinched nerve in your neck, noy in your back.I all so have a pinched nerve it is in my neck. You will have to see a neurologist or ortopedic doctor.Until then no judo!I do kickboxing and I have to pace my self now.You really need to consult with one of the doctors I suggested.Good Luck.
