what are these red spots?

It is about 2 months that I have pain at L5S1 region and
also a red patch at this region as you will see in the attached figures. The pain in L5S1 region is local, it does not radiate to legs.
When I bend forward or sit down it increases. When I bend backward no problem. The red patch does not itch.

I have frequent urination and burning before/after urination and pelvic pains sometimes. I do not know if the two problems
are related.

Currently, i focused on my back-pain problem at L5S1 region. I am waiting for an MRI (which will be one month later).
I have some questions to you as an expert in the field, if you do not mind and have time:

Q1-what is the red patch at L5S1 region? What can be the cause?
Q2-what could be the source of pain at L5S1 region?
Q3- what do you suggest for me?

The last photo has a hint of a red circle around the red bumps. Is that the case, or is it an illusion? I have a reason for asking.
