Hello!

A sclerotic lesion (also sometimes called a blastic lesion) is an abnormality of the bone that looks denser than normal on X-rays.

It can be due to infections, hemangiomas, osteomas, fractures, bone islands etc and you need to get yourself examined clinically by an orthopedician and correlate the symptoms to come to a diagnosis.

Take care!
