MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
When MRI and x rays do not show any major problem, there should not be any major issue. Some amount of stiffness may persist when the healing is delayed which happens in ligament strain. Use of anti-inflammatory agents will help. Exercise should not be too aggressive. A chiropractor might be able to help.
Hope this helps.
