Adnexa mass

I received my results today going to obgyn on Monday.  I've had two c-sections, laps and partial hysterectomy. My results are showing left adnexa 4.2x4.3x4cm predominantly solid having a heterogenous echotexture with a trace amount of fluid on left and right adnexa 6.2x3.2x7.4cm having cystic septated component.  What does this mean?  I have no uterus so is this something to be of concern?  Any help would greatly be appreciated

No I don't have the results from the blood work yet and unfortunately  I'm seeing a new doctor because my obgyn retired.  They see a trinkle of fluid on the left side where the solid one is.  I'm so upset now especially since my co-worker died yesterday from ovarian cancer.  I have two young girls.  How treatable is this?  I've had cysts and fybroids before are these the same?  How worried should I be?

Thanks Mary V.  You have made me feel better about the whole thing.  I guess I really got scared reading all the posts and seeing that the fluid would mean cancer.  My friend was a health fanatic and got check ups regularly that's why it's so scary to see how quickly it took her.
