All the symptoms, tests show NOTHING! anyone else?

Have severe pelvic pain- right side only. Been on Birth control for 1 year. Normal periods. Diagnosed with small (2cm) cysts (don't know what kind) on both ovaries 11 months ago- pain has gotten worse, cysts have stayed the same. Pain is right side only, burning stinging feeling extending down my inner thigh and around to my lower back. Have not had blood tests but CT, sonogram, and manual exam show "only small cysts, nothing to worry about". But they hurt! My husband thinks I'm a hypochondriach, my doctor is telling me to "just be patient" but patience isn't helping. Anyone else in this situation? Where tests were normal, but pain was not? What did you do? what was the final diagnosis? Please help. Thank you so much!

I am in a similar situation.  I have had periodic pelvic pain, bloating, discharge and urinary problems for months.  I also had a few "functional cysts" show up on the u/s and tvus.  Pelvic exam and pap were normal, CBC blood test was normal, no bacteria present for UTI.  I also had a laparoscopy done on August 31st, which showed nothing abnormal.  I am currently looking into polycystic ovarian syndrome as a possible cause.  I am researching information now, and then plan on going back to the doctor with some facts.  Have you noticed feeling this way only since being on birth control, or did it start much afterwards?  Don't give up on this.  Only you know if you're feeling off.  You may want to look into having your hormone levels checked as well.  I haven't done that yet, but it was suggested to many ladies from this site.

Hi

I am so glad I found this site.  I am so concerned and frustrated and can't stand it.  I have very similar symptoms.
Within the last week I have had blood tests, CT scan, Pelvic ultrasound, Pelvic Exam, Pap, Transvaginal Ultrasound.  Did not get the CA 125
I had a hysterectomy(kept ovaries) almost 3 yrs ago and was feeling great up until about a month ago.  My tests all came back fine with the exception of normal cyst on my right ovary.  Although I am relieved that they didn't find anything serious, I am still having pain and extreme bloat along with pain and burning down my right leg.  Are these tests truly accurate?  I know my body and something isn't right. This has been going on since Labor Day weekend. I'm getting scared.  I have a follow up ultrasound scheduled but not until December.  I don't think I can live like this until then.  Oh, and I switched Doctors just because I wanted to see a woman Dr.  So I go to this new
Dr. and she looked like she was 12!  I almost died.  She is fresh out of school.  Not sure if I am comfortable with that.
Anyway, I just needed to share my information with those of you
who know what I might be going through.  It helps to unload.
My husband is trying to be there for me but I know he is frustrated.  Hang in there all.

I'm in a similar situation.  Lower abdominal(right side only) and back pain, gas, pressure on the bladder, appetite changes with weight loss but no change in clothing size, etc.  Pelvic exam was negative and transvag ultrasound showed nothing and by nothing I mean NOTHING..no cysts, no ovaries , no fluid.  My doctor thinks I'm nuts and is considering giving me Zelnorm just to humor me.
