All the symptoms, will the pain be constant?

Hi everyone, my question is:Does ovarian cancer hurt almost all the time? as opposed to cysts only hurt during certain times of month? My gyno. says not to worry about my ovarian cyst on my remaining left ovary that she thinks is NOT a chocolate cyst, though the u/s tech (who has been a u/s tech for 15 yrs. and showed me the cyst and other funtional clear cysts-you could see the difference easily! and I have had a choc. cyst before that ruptured, needing emergency surgery-2 pints of blood ended up in my abdomen). The ER Dr. also concurred it is a choc. cyst and said I needed immediate surgery to remover the ovary. NONNEGOTIABLE. I have no health insurance and he knew that. Weird, I know.

Okay, back to the quest.  Because, she says if there is nothing really horrible wrong, (I am experiencing OVcancer symptoms EVERY one of them, for the past 4 mos. and a 24 pound weight loss without dieting! I'm 37 and a sz 0 now. I can barely eat, urinating every (about) 20 mnts w/a tugging feeling in my pelvic area-no burning, gas, bloating, intra vaginal pain, abdominal and pelvic pain, fatigue, nausea, get full fast and history family of cancer breast and I do believe almost positive ovc). She blew all of this off.
She says that I will only feel pain during ovulation or when my body is menstrating if it is just an ovarian cyst-although I don't bleed anymore. BUT, I am still experiencing all of these things and the pain has intensified and has been going on for one straight month.

Any ideals or can anyone relate? I am about ready to go the county emergency room.

Thanks guys.
ps I have had cysts my whole life that were so painful due to endo I ended up getting a partial hysterectomy in nov 07. And I know I only had pain once a month!

Hi Annie, thanks so much for replying. I was wondering, if you were saying that you do have cancer? I do have a cyst on my left ovary and I have dealt with them for over ten yrs. and they are the reason I had a partial hysterectomy in 2007. My experience has been that they only hurt once a month, like my dr. said during ovulation. I was wondering if ovarian or endo. cancer is painful almost all of the time? Thanks!!!!!
