My sergery Being postphoned Now other problems

Well I think my sergery is being put off,how much longer can they put this off?I got sick the other night had to be rushed to the Er found out I had a atrophy(dont know what that is)NoW I HAVE TO SEE A HEAD DOCTOR BEFORE MY sergery.Has anyone in the pass had headaches with overian problems?
I am sick i dont know if its related or not

I kinda figured it was related because until this I have never had any type of illiness.The headaches are so harsh until I fill like Im gonna pass out.
I know you cant wait to hear some type of news.
What do you think it is?
I am just ready for this nightmare to end

You may be experiencing headaches from stress.  Believe me I know how tense this experience is and tension a headache is very common.  Don't worry about seeing another doctor.  Before any surgery you have to see a family practice physician for a pre-op check-up.  this isn't unusual.  If they are pushing your date off, you need to be up-front with the doctors.  Tell them how confused and upset you are.  If you aren't pushing for yourself...no one will.  Good Luck!

yes- i am very anxious for answers. i dont really know what it is. i have all of the general symptoms that i have found for ovarian cancer, but it also seems that those syptoms can be other things as well, maybe not as serious. i may have polycystic ovary syndrome, but i have regular periods, although increasingly heavy lately. in that syndrome though, i think that women often miss their period, which i never do. i guess i will know soon... maybe that is if this new doc takes me seriously. i'll keep ya posted and you do the same. take care- becca

hello hershe. i am new to all of this, so dont have any words of wisdom, and am not sure of your situation, but i just wanted to say that i am sorry that you have to go through this. it seems very frustrating. i am not even sure what is wrong with me, i have an appt. tomorrow to continue trying to figure out, but i have all symptoms mentioned of ovarian problems. an ultrasound showed one enlarged ovary, both ovaries polycystic in appearance, and fluid in cul de sac. i have headaches every day, and also dont know if they are related. i also see that we both have the annoying twitch in the side. cant say that i will miss it if that ever goes away. hope you feel better tomorrow. peace and comfort- becca
