Complex Cyst on Right Ovary and several small cysts on both ovaries

To my knowledge, I have no family history of ovarian cancer (I only have knowledge of my maternal medical history). There is colorectal cancer in my family. I have had one successful pregnancy. I have an IUD.  Last period over 3 months.

May 30 - left kidney removed (donated); recovered very well.
June 17 - abdominal pain on right side with movement and nausea.
I assumed was related to surgery.
July 11 - pain worsened, had constipation, went to gp. I did not want to take any chances since I just had surgery. He did an exam and an x-ray. Said that I probably was just getting over the flu (in July?!) and sent me home to rest.
July 13 - Got a call for an ultrasound appointment.  Doctor did not call me.  Radiology said there was a questionable mass on my x-ray believed to be a fibroid tumor.
July 17 - I had a transabdominal and and transvaginal ultrasound with the following results: Right ovary 2.8 x 2.6 x 4.9 cm in length with several small cysts, with one larger complex cyst measuring 1.6 which has some increased density and may have some mild hemorrhage. Left ovary 2.2 x 2.8 x 2.5 cm with several small cysts noted. Small amount of free fluid.

I have an appt. with my gyno next week.  These have developed in less than two months as I had a clear CT Scan at the end of May.  I am concerned about ovarian cancer.  Could I have ovarian cancer?  Will they just go away?  What questions should I ask my doctor?

I went for an untrasound 3 months in which a mass was detected on both my ovaries, each about 3 cm. They also found a polyp in my uterus. My doctor recommended I wait for 3 months and my latest ultrasound revealed that the masses have now grown to about 6 cm. The masses are clear but they are dark in certain areas. So the doctor is not able to figure out yet if its a dermoid or endometrioma. She has recommended Laprascopy. what are the chances of them being able to save my ovaries?

I can't imagine, under any circumstances, that in two months you would develop multiple cancerous cysts, I just don't see that as possible.  But I'm not a doctor.  It sounds like polycystic ovaries, which is a diagnosis.  Or some sort of functional cysts, I just really don't think ovarian cancer can be on your radar when 2 months ago nothing was there.  But someone on this site has said repeatedly, "You only have one chance to get it right" so for that reason, make sure you have the best gyn/onc you can find and have a good diagnosis of what is going on, which will likely include birth control and a "watch and wait" approach.
Kudos to you for donating a kidney, what a gift, and it must make you feel amazing to know you've saved another's life.  I think you are a hero, and you should feel that way about yourself too.

I just went thru having solid mass on ovary seen on transvag.u/s. Had cat scan, it did not show, just enlarged ovary.  Dr.talked to me of the possibly of ovca & the whole 9 yards. Had follow up ultrasound 30days from 1st u/s & the mass was gone. Turns out was a hemmoragic cyst. I had pulling & increased pain upon movement as well. That's from the weight of the cyst. 99% of them are benign & from  what I hear & did experience they do go away sometimes. But DO follow up & get all u/s & cat scans you need to monitor it.
